Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Orders ship in 2 to 5 business days. FOB factory
Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS or UPS Freight unless another carrier is specified
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number(s) and will be able to track the delivery via www.UPS.com
Shipping Rates
Rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item(s) becomes available we will ship you the balance of your order.
Return Policy
How to Return An Item
To return Air Cleaning Store products please fill out a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) worksheet.
Once Air Cleaning Store receives your completed RGA worksheet an RGA number will be issued authorizing you to return the part(s) The RGA number must be clearly marked on your shipment.Please note that a RGA will not be issued for any order that is older than 30 days fromoriginal ship date. RGA numbers will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Your returned goods must be received at our designated return point within 30 days from the date of issue to receive credit. Absolutely no shipments will be accepted without an RGA. Shipments without RGAs will be returned to shipper. The RGA worksheet must be filled out completely.
All components must arrive in “as-new” sellable condition.
Final determination of sell-ability will rest solely with Air Cleaning Store. Only stocked parts are returnable. Below is a chart that lists all of the Nordfab Ducting returnable parts. Air Cleaning Store reserves the right to limit return quantities. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. All Nordfab Ducting must be shipped vertically with rolled edge down to avoid incurring out-of round damage during shipping.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

This policy covers how we use the personal information you provide us when creating an account. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your private information.
